Grown on the Rotutu cooperative, consisting of 18 farmers, this Timor hybrid is a fully washed premium red cherry. There is a thriving bird population which acts as a natural pest control. This coffee is brought to us by lead farmer Francisco de Deus, who is a third generation coffee farmer.
